Convicts-For-a-Cause-03Convicts For a Cause, a charity event aimed at raising funds for Diabetes Research WA, Cystic Fibrosis WA and the Rotary Clubs of Perth and Mount Lawley, returns for its seventh year in November.
The charity event will be held at the Fremantle Prison, and will be hosted by 6PR presenter, Steve Mills.
Dressed as their favourite convicts, more than 500 attendees will step behind the walls of the World Heritage Listed prison, for a themed fundraiser that features live interactive entertainment by internationally acclaimed group Ellandar Productions, delicious canapes and some of WA’s top wines.
Dozens of attendees will also double as inmates, having to raise $500 bail for their chosen cause, before they can be released from behind the prison’s historic cell bars.
Convicts For a Cause aim to be more unique, more creative and more fun every year whilst adding great benefits to the charities involved.
Break out and make a difference on November the 7th.
