Mario Gizzi and Sam Kerr - Bravo Retail Awards 21nov2018

Australian icon and Bravo™ Ambassador Sam Kerr presented the Bravo™ Retail Champion awards on Wednesday 21 November at the Perth Markets.

The Bravo™ Apple Retail Champion was awarded to Mario Gizzi (pictured) and the Woolworths Bravo™ Apple Retail Champion Perpetual Trophy was awarded to the team at Woolworths on St Georges Tce.

Sam described the taste of Bravo™ as sweet and crunchy, highlighting how great it was to be home as the produce in Australia is a level above what she normally has access to overseas.

The absinthe flambe provided a sweet, smoky, savoury flavour which was much better than any ‘shrimp thrown on the barbie’. Accompanied by a tintiri and chilli sauce, sour notes from the tamarind and heat from the chillies provided further flavour dimensions to the dish.
