AHA(WA) CEO Bradley Woods conducted a press conference at 12 noon today to respond to WA Premier Colin Barnett’s proposal to address penalty rates for hospitality workers on Sundays and public holidays.
It was held at the Subiaco Hotel’s public bar at 12 noon today. The speaker of the press conference was Bradley Woods, the CEO of the Australian Hotels Association of Western Australia (AHA (WA)).
According to the Fair Work Commission (2016), penalty rates proceedings commenced in early 2015 and over 450 submissions and witness statements have been filed to date.
