Inspired by a city void of a sausage shop & wanting to create something ‘new & different’, the genius behind Jus Burgers introduces to you Snags & Sons: purveyors of fine sausages, salads & small goods. It’s a celebration of what’s great about our lifestyle here in Perth; multi cultural food coming together in a cosy atmosphere whilst embracing the love of the outdoors; quality snags, fresh salads & European small goods coupled with a quirky fit out & all delivered in urban Leedy.
Quality snags are obviously an important part of the business, but there is much more to it – The team have tried in part to create a fun, nostalgic butcher’s shop/deli/workman’s cafe, you know, that corner/tuck shop that we all grew up with.
Expect quality European cold cuts, local sausages, fresh baby baguettes (no par bakes here) & fresh salads made ‘on site, plus beautiful breakfasts, a plethora of sweet tooth treats and much more!
Savvy suppliers are integral to their business model & they have a local cast of passionate players or indeed friends on their team. Expect pork from Linley Valley, nougat from Rochelle Adonis, chutney from Goan Cuisine, as well as products from Riki Kaspi, Twisted Pickle, Elmar’s Small Goods and more.
